Festival Tickets Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds for tickets bought for the Under & Over Festival (18th October) Basketry School Courses If you cancel your course having paid for it, we will try to fill your place from our waiting list. If we fill your place, then you will get a 90% refund of your fee. If we cannot fill your place then you will get no refund. If we need to cancel the course for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. If you'd like to swap courses, just send us an email with your existing ticket and the name of the course you'd like to swap to and we will see if we can make it happen. Spaces are limited but we will do our best.
